Working out the idea

At the beginning of the journey, each project goes through a concept development stage. We determine the theme and purpose of the object.

Sketch

After developing the concept, we begin to look for a form for the future product. At this stage, we use sketching.

To understand the concept of the product, we create it from engineering clay.

After approval, we scan the layout and refine the resulting 3D model in CAD programs.

Before making a mold for the product, a prototype is created from polystyrene foam at a scale of 1:1.

To obtain a finished product, we first make a mold. The first step in mold making is making a casting tool. Highly skilled specialists calculate, model, and build complex casting tools from sand mixture.

Filling a part of the form

Once the sand mold is ready, the foundry specialists pour the prepared aluminum alloy.

Preparing a part of the mold for mechanical processing

After pouring, the aluminum mold is removed from the sand mold and a metal frame is installed for further processing on machines.

Form processing

The form is refined using high-tech CNC machines.

The next stage is the metalworking finishing of the form.

11. Rotational molding

Rotational molding

The main stage of product manufacturing is rotational molding. Raw material granules are placed in a mold rotating at high temperature in a furnace, after which the mold is cooled, disassembled, and the finished product is removed.

Product release

After manufacturing, the product is prepared for shipment - flash is cut off, careful quality control is performed, and then it is transferred for packaging.
